Shipping and Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?


Depending on your location, it will take 6-9 business days to produce and ship your items! The process can be simplified into two stages- production and shipping. You will be notified by email along the way and you can also track your order here.




What are the delivery options and how much does it cost? 🥺


We offer standard shipping and express shipping for our UK customers, but currently don't have that option for our consumers in the US. Price may vary depending on the item(s) in your basket.




Do you deliver to my address?


Hai! We deliver internationally including, U.K, USA, Europe and World wide addresses so place your orders




Do you offer same day shipping?


We currently do not offer same day shipping but sign up to our email newsletter for all business updates, offers and news!




What carrier will be delivering my package?


We use a number of carriers depending on you location it could come from FedEx, DHL, dpd, or usps




Can I return my order or get a refund?


If you believe your item was damaged/wrong (by us) you have 14 days to send in a claim after the product has been received We currently do not provide returns/returns for wrong addresses or incorrect sizing. For more information on sizing please check our size guide here!




Why don't you accept delivery?


We do not accept delivery because we print items on demand, this means we do not hold any stock. Items you purchase are tailored to you and will/may not be sellable after you have recieved your item. How can I pay for my products?


We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, and JCB. We also accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard Debit card payments




How long would it take for me to get my refund?


The process of your refund will take up to 3-5 business days. If your refund has not be processed, contact us first and you can also feel free to contact your bank.
