Shipment fulfilment  time: 


All orders are processed within 2 - 7 working days.


Due to COVID-19, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipment methods: 

- Standard: 5 - 7 working days - £ 4.99

- Express: 2 - 4 working days - £ 9.99


Please note these times are after fulfilment and they may take a little longer. 


(Delivery delays can occasionally occur.)


International Deliveries:


Delivery outside the UK may take a little longer than 10 days and cost £9.99


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes:


Komorebi Sekai is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages/Missing Parcel:


Komorebi Sekai is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


If your item states that it has been delivered but you still do not have your item, please contact the courier as they would know what steps to take to help you, as we are not responsible for any parcels lost by the courier.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

Your Order Cancellation/Change Rights:


You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 60 minutes without giving any reason for doing so.


The deadline for cancelling an Order is 60 minutes.

We will reimburse You no later than 15 working days from the day You purchae the item/s. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 


Conditions for Returns


We do not accept refunds on any basis unless it was a mistake on our part, such as wrong colour or print. 


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

The Goods are in the original packaging and have not been used/washed. 

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Returning Goods: 


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You need to contact Us before returning any items so that We can best advise where you should return your product. 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
